• – Hardness: Polyurea coatings often achieve hardness ratings ranging from 70 to 90 on the Shore D scale, indicating exceptional resistance to indentation and scratching.   Moreover, these coatings have undergone a CS-17 Wheel test with a 1 kg load at 500 cycles resulting in only a 16 mg loss. This high hardness makes epoxy coatings a guaranteed material to prevent indentation or scratching.

This high elongation allows polyurea epoxy floor materials to stretch and deform significantly under tensile stress without cracking or delamination. • – High Electrical Insulation: Polyurea floors exhibit high dielectric strength, typically ranging from 800 to 2500 volts per mil (V/mil). This property helps ensure safety in areas with heavy equipment or machinery to reduce the risk of electrical hazards.
• – Anti-Graffiti Properties: This coating mixture can offer some resistance to graffiti and vandalism due to its topcoats and additives content that makes it non-porous.
