Moisture & Weather
Not if the slab is tested and primed. Peeling in Florida almost always traces back to moisture under the coating or a slab that was never ground. We do both before anything goes down, which is what the warranty rests on.
It sheds the water. A seamless coated floor does not absorb flood water the way bare concrete, carpet or tile grout does, so it gets cleaned and dried rather than torn out.

Thin, roll-on epoxy yellows in sun and peels when moisture pushes up through the slab, which is common in Florida. Both problems come from the product and the prep, not the idea. A ground, tested slab with a UV-stable topcoat avoids them.
Usually between $6,000 and $13,500 at $4 to $9 per square foot. Smaller floors can run a little higher per foot, since setup and prep do not shrink with the size.
Warranty
Yes. It covers bonding failure, peeling and delamination on the installed system, and it transfers with the building if you sell. It does not cover impact gouges, chemicals left standing on the floor, or anything added to the floor after install.
