Not a sealed one. Clay stains bare concrete because it works into the pores. A coated floor has no open pores, so the clay stays on the surface and comes up with a scrubber. Entry mats at the doors cut down how much gets in.
Warranty
Yes. It covers bonding failure, peeling and delamination on the installed system, and it transfers with the building if you sell. It does not cover impact gouges, chemicals left standing on the floor, or anything added to the floor after install.
